1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using degens.bet (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use leveraged prediction and trading products.
2. Nature of the Service
degens.bet provides a prediction trading interface for stocks and digital assets with variable leverage. Positions settle against an internal balance denominated in USD. Prices are sourced from third-party market-data providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times.
3. Risk Disclosure
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You may lose the entire margin allocated to a position, including through automatic liquidation. Only commit funds you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are made in SOL to a wallet address generated for your account and are credited to your internal balance at the prevailing SOL/USD rate. Withdrawals of your original deposited principal are processed automatically; withdrawals that include profit are subject to manual review. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful activity, market manipulation, exploitation of bugs, or in violation of applicable sanctions and regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, degens.bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from price-feed errors, downtime, or blockchain network conditions.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
